Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid and eligible orders. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed, inspected, and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email and SMS containing your order details.
Delivery Timelines
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (via Shiprocket) including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Ekart to ensure prompt delivery:
- Delhi-NCR & Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote / Rural Locations: 6 to 9 business days.

Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, an automated shipping confirmation with an AWB Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number and email.
- You can easily track the real-time status and movement of your package through the provided tracking link.
Damaged Package During Delivery
If the outer packaging appears torn, tampered with, or leaking at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the tampered package from the delivery executive, or
- Record a clear unboxing video before opening the seal and report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery.
