3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information (full name, phone number, pincode, and complete street address) for all purchases made at our store.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • All deliveries are handled through our integrated logistics partners via Shiprocket.
  • Due to hygiene and personal care safety regulations, all perfume purchases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in verified cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
